We would like to inform you that the package is fully booked and confirmed upon payment, subject to the following conditions:

1- The package is non-cancellable and non-refundable after booking.

2- If the client is not satisfied or does not receive a satisfactory consultation from you, the consultation will be considered void.

3- In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be contacted during the week, subject to the specialists’ availability. Two postponements or cancellations are permitted per package.

4- The package must be booked with the same specialist; substitutions are not allowed.
